Power Grab!

June 7th, 2008

There is an attempt by the global warming alarmists to capitalize on the fears they are instilling in the hearts and minds of the people of this nation.

Let me remind you that these are the same people who are funding the eco-terrorists in an effort to suppress energy supplies for personal gain. They will stop at nothing, including the deaths of what could potentially amount to millions of unsuspecting innocents, to gain control of our lives.  How many are aware of the fact that food supplies in America are highly dependent on the free flow of energy?  These same people would have us believe they have solutions for the problems they created.  Don’t believe them.

At this stage of their game too much is at stake for us to sit by and continue to wait for someone to stop this madness.  We must be involved in very real ways to expose their agenda.  Our freedom is at stake. If Barack Obama becomes the next president, and the current leadership (or lack thereof) in the House and Senate retains power, they will continue to push for greater control of our lives.

National health care has nothing to do with care and everything to do with the creation of a new entitlement. The millions who will be persuaded to come feed at the public trough will then comprise a large enough voting block to ensure that these self-serving social engineers remain in power.  Those people who believe that government control is the answer to all our problems are the problem.

Be careful to consider the mismanagement and abuse of what were supposed to be beneficial programs for We the People, such as Social Security and Medicare, while considering who you will vote for. There are two prevalent mindsets in America as to how government should work. One advocates total control the other respects your freedoms.

Fortunately the majority are not buying the pseudo science put forth to try and convince the masses to surrender their freedoms.  It is past time for those who would consider themselves patriots to get involved.

Tennessee Voters — Don’t Miss Your Opportunity

Well election time is just around the corner and we are being bombarded by the same old clichés once again. You would think that those who are offering “change and hope” would have enough intelligence to bring something different to the table. Instead what some are proposing is nothing more than the same old misguided approach toward governing.

Are we supposed to believe that government programs and higher taxes will miraculously reverse decades of the same old insanity?  Make no mistake about it, the track record speaks for itself i.e., social security, Medicaid, Medicare along with just about every other program the social engineers have setup are destined for failure. It looks as if these bureaucrats thrive on creating chaos only to come before us during the next election cycle to offer “solutions” for the very problems they create.

If we are going to see real change then we must be willing to follow the standards given to us by our Founding Fathers.  When we consider the tyranny that they faced it helps us to better understand why they gave us a government with checks and balances.

I submit to you my fellow citizens the standards they gave to us are largely ignored by many of our representatives in government.  Every representative is required to take an oath to protect and defend our Constitutions, both State and Federal.  This is why the election process is vital to the preservation of our form of government.  It is during this process we are given the opportunity to hold our representatives accountable by either retaining them in office or throwing the rascals out.

Another Icon Passes On

April 20th, 2008

It is with humble hearts and great respect that we say farewell to Charlton Heston.  He was a man among men one who unashamedly stood for the highest principles.  He kept the faith and finished the race strong knowing what mattered most in life.  He was not afraid to stand and fight to keep the dream of freedom alive for future generations.  He lived a life demonstrative of what it means to be a great American.  He touched lives not just in time but for eternity.
